Easter 2013

Welp, our computer hard drive was completely lost about a month ago, along with most of my pictures from 2013. Luckily (or unluckily, depending on how you look at it) I really didn’t take that many pictures because for about 10 weeks I was just feeling yucky. Only in about the last month or so has my energy level come up…..

 

So, in case you care, that’s why I haven’t blogged for ages.

 

Easter.

Mom took most of the pictures because I was either sleeping or sitting around all weekend. Still was awesome.

 

We spent time around the campfire Friday night. It was perfect!

 

 

Gina brought stuff to make Pope miters for the kiddos. They LOVED them! They were all running around giving blessings. That is probably where all the talk about conclaves began.

 

 

Bowling is a yearly tradition on Holy Saturday. Leo even beat the three big kiddos (minimal skill involved with bumpers and ramps, though).

And hunted in the morning. As usual, I bought waaaay too much crap and the adults were getting pretty weary of hiding stuff the night before. Also, Luke is pictured right at the onset of his 24-flu bug. He didn’t even make it to Easter Mass.

 

Every special occasion calls for homemade cinnamon rolls and egg casserole.

The only active thing I really did with the kiddos all weekend-Resurrection Rolls! Which didn’t really turn out, but was super fun. And a picture I just love of Gina and Leo.

We were SO thankful to be able to celebrate with all the family here (missed you, Lizzy and Chris!) Alleluia!
