D’s been working on his two front bottom teeth for a few months. He lost them both within 10 minutes of each other.
I think I was more excited than he was. Seems like such a big milestone for my little Dominic!
Then mom and dad had to decide how we are going to play this tooth fairy stuff. Once you start handing out money for teeth, there’s a precedence set. We went with $1 per tooth in quarters—is that the going rate?? And the tooth fairy even left a note. Luckily, Dominic doesn’t care enough to notice that the tooth fairy has the same handwriting as dad does…
And now I have two baby teeth sitting on my desk (which Dominic also hasn’t noticed). They’ve been there for a few weeks and I have no idea what to do with them. Do I save them? Throw them away? Sell them?
